I just had to email to say a MASSIVE thank you to Summer Sons for playing at our wedding on Saturday evening. They were absolutely amazing, the dance floor was packed and all our guests said how incredible they were. They made the party feel so special and gave us some of the best memories from the day. Them playing our first dance song - I won’t give up - and Henry singing Teenage Dirtbag are moments we will never forget. I honestly could not recommend them highly enough, they were also just really nice people to have around.
The whole process with Music HQ has been flawless from the beginning, and so easy all the way through. We would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

From the very start Rory has been so friendly and cheerful – I always felt more excited for the day just from getting an email from him! He was fantastic, he made it all seem easy.
And Summer Sons– they were AMAZING! You were totally right, they knew how to read the room. The music was brilliant and the energy was just electric. Non-stop dancing was something I wanted for the day, and boy did they deliver. The guys were also just so friendly and approachable. A lot of our guests came up to me afterwards to tell me about their conversations with the band or how they’d been hanging out in their break. So lovely!
We booked the summer sons via Music HQ for our wedding. The band was incredible! They played our wedding first dance song, got everyone up and closed the night off with some Oasis, with everyone in a circle belting it out at the top of their lungs. I’ll never forget that moment - and everyone has told me since what an incredible band they are, with epic voices. 11/10, would highly recommend. I’m even thinking about what other parties I can throw, just to have them back.

Dane and Taylor's acoustic set was a brilliant addition to our drinks reception.
During the evening the whole band was also fantastic. Despite my own nerves about dancing, we loved that the band played our first dance as it gave it a real personal touch, and both of the evening sets were great - Lindsey and her friends were loving dancing and singing along on the dancefloor, and I was really enjoying them and singing along from my traditional spot a little bit further back! We had so many comments from friends and family about how good they were, and I hope they know how much they contributed towards our big day going as well as it did. Also, "Don't Look Back in Anger" was an excellent way to cap off their live set (we both love the song!) and the DJ set that incorporated our requests was great too!
In addition, the band were all absolute gents when we spoke to them throughout the day. It was a real pleasure having them there. We truly wish them all the very best, and hope we can see them live again very soon!
